How it works

Your whole site in one picture

Never over the connection limit

The red line is what the grid connection is allowed to draw. Site load is planned to stay under it every quarter hour, with nobody watching.

Site power chart: site load stays below the dashed set-limit line all day. Site power chart: site load stays below the dashed set-limit line all day.

Solar and storage cover the difference

Chargers routinely pull more than the connection alone allows, because onsite solar and the battery are carrying the rest. The dashboard says so in plain words instead of leaving you to work it out.

The evening peak, handled

As spot prices climb, the battery discharges, bidirectional chargers push power back into the site, and ordinary sessions are held back rather than cut to a rate no car can actually use.

And the car still sets the pace

Every pack slows as it fills, whatever the charger could deliver. Planning around that taper is the difference between a depot that is ready at 06:00 and one that is not.

What it adds up to

One depot, one month, against a flat tariff. No new hardware, and no change to how drivers plug in.

Built for every stage of your electrification journey

Energy Management Software

AI scheduling that charges your fleet on the cheapest, greenest power available. It fits the systems you already run, bills monthly per vehicle, and works for cars, vans, buses and trucks alike.

Electrification Configuration

We work out which vehicles to replace, which chargers to fit and which tariff to sign, then hand you the costs and savings before you commit.

Who it is for

Company Fleets

Built for last-mile couriers, service fleets and employee vehicles alike. Lower charging costs, higher availability, one platform.

What fleets can use RiDERgy's software?

Our energy management software can benefit any existing or future EV fleet, whether your company specializes in last-mile delivery or services such as utilities, caretakers, and craftsmen, or even employee vehicles for your sales or executive teams.

What are the benefits for my fleet?

We create an optimized charging schedule for each vehicle in your EV fleet, which can lower charging costs by up to 80% while maximizing vehicle availability. We steer the charging process to remove any blackout risk, providing you with a single platform to control all aspects of energy management.

Do I need to install new hardware?

Our software is hardware-agnostic, which means we can integrate into all existing chargers and vehicles via API, no new hardware required. However, we also provide local control solutions if needed.

How do I view my fleet information?

We provide an intuitive dashboard, either through our web app or as a white-label solution. You'll have full access to all fleet data, with the ability to manually update at any time.

How much does it cost?

We charge an initial set-up fee that varies depending on the complexity of the project. For example, if you require the installation of a building meter to track building load, this additional cost will be included in the set-up fee. You then gain full access to our advanced energy management software by paying a monthly fee per vehicle.

What if we have a solar energy system?

Our complete energy management software optimizes solar energy generation to ensure maximum self-consumption. We predict when the sun will shine, ensuring minimum curtailment and maximum savings. We also optimize stand-alone batteries, allowing you to fully experience the benefits of advanced energy management.

What are the benefits of using mobility data?

While most energy management software solutions control charging using chargers, we communicate directly with vehicles in your fleet and optimize based on mobility data, providing real-time updates and more accurate schedules.

What tariffs do you optimize?

The most common tariff we currently optimize is time-of-use; however, our algorithms also work with dynamic tariffs, which change regularly throughout the day based on the price of the day-ahead electricity markets. While not common across the EU, many countries are beginning to implement them under EU law. Ask us today about existing tariffs in your country.

Charging Solution Providers

Dynamic load management and mobility-data optimization, dropped into the systems CPOs and CPMS already run.

What are the benefits for CPOs & CPMS?

By integrating our advanced energy management software into your existing solutions, you'll gain access to dynamic load management features and the ability to optimize all energy assets using mobility data, providing your existing customers with increased savings and more accurate energy optimization.

Are you compatible with our solutions?

We are cloud-first and hardware-agnostic, so we can integrate into your existing charging solutions using OCPP or OCPI communication protocols via API. We are also compatible with the majority of charger OEMs.

Do you work with existing load management systems?

While we generally replace existing load management solutions, we can also integrate with them to combine some of our other advanced energy management features.

Do all fleet customers require advanced energy management?

Smaller EV fleets usually require basic load management. However, as the fleet size increases and the strain on the local grid grows, more advanced energy management solutions leveraging mobility data are required. We optimize dynamic tariffs, building load, solar, stand-alone batteries, and advanced features like V2X, providing a complete solution for your customers.

What's the pricing structure?

We charge an initial set-up fee which varies depending on the complexity of the project and then implement a revenue share model.

Fleet Management Software

The energy layer most fleet platforms are missing. Add it over the API and future-proof your product as customers move to EVs.

What are the benefits for fleet management software solutions?

Most fleet management software solutions have limited or no energy management features or integration with mobility data. As companies transition to EVs, this is going to become a pressing issue for your customers. Our advanced energy management capabilities can complement your services, leverage mobility data, and help to future-proof your solution.

How do you integrate your software?

We are cloud-first and hardware-agnostic, so we can integrate into your existing solutions via API. We use an API aggregator to connect to the majority of existing vehicle and charger models.

Can we use our existing dashboard?

Our solution is available as a stand-alone web app, white-label solution, or via API, so you can easily integrate our services without disrupting current customers.

Charger and Vehicle OEMs

Build advanced energy management straight into your hardware, so customers need no extra software at installation.

What are the benefits for OEMs?

While most OEMs provide basic management capabilities, integrating our advanced energy management software gives you access to a comprehensive range of features, including dynamic load management, mobility data integration, and optimized EV charging, leading to significant savings and enhanced efficiency for your customers.
